Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference site, not an office of the Monroe County Sheriff, Monroe County Correctional Center, Indiana Department of Correction, or Indiana courts. It keeps no official jail, booking, warrant, or court records. It cannot confirm custody, order a release, accept a records request for an agency, or file a court document.

The site points visitors toward government resources and may connect them with third-party research tools. Those links do not transfer an agency's authority or make an outside provider part of this site.

Monroe County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not offer screening services through this site. You agree not to use site or linked-tool information for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• Evaluating an applicant or tenant for housing
• Deciding creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums
• Determining eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit where consumer-report rules apply
